Hi. I'm a journalism major in college as Mike knows and last year I had to do a report on the late actor Dick Sargent. Kyle played his daughter in the show "Down To Earth."
Although the report was turned in last year and I got an "A" grade...Yay.  ... I was wondering if any of the Kyle Richards devoted sites has any vid caps (pictures) from that show? Dick considered it his 3rd best sitcom work.
Anybody know if pics are around and/or have you seen any pics from "Down To Earth."

I didn't even know she was on that show. I just checked the IMDB and noticed it has been updated since the last time I looked.

How do you like that? When I did my report last year, Dick Sargent already passed but I talked to a former agent who told me he liked doing the show. It was on a low budget and he said it was like a live play. So, then I guess nobody has a vid cap of it..oh well...

I loved that show with her on it. I was hoping
for a video or something from that show. I saw one two or three eposides.
She did a great job on the show.
I was sad when it was cancelled. Why was it cancelled?

At the time in the mid 80's, TBS thought they could be the 4th network. They started producing their own shows like "Down To Earth" and "Rocky Road." They had even more comedys as Monday night was "Comedy Night" at TBS. The idea was great but didn't work because only 40% of households in The USA were wired for cable. Now, Lifetime, USA and so many other cable channels show original programs. It's the norm now but, back in the middle 80's...TBS was a bit ahead of it's time.
TBS found out in 1986 that they can play repeats of Andy Griffith and make more money with that show than original programs which they had to pay to produce. So, all of those shows were canceled. It was a shame because they were on to something. It just was way before its time.

I was looking for info on "Down to Earth" when I found this site -- I used to love that show when I was a kid (don't know for sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing....).
Anyway, Good Life TV Network is airing the show on Fridays apparently. I don't get that station and I can't seem to pull up any other info on their site, like schedules or episode info, but there's a cast pic on their page:
